Pass Plus and Motorway Driving

Going further with pass plus and motorway courses

The scheme is aimed mainly at new drivers who have qualified within the last 12 months.
the course is for a minimum of six hours and consists of:pass plus

  • Town driving
  • All-weather driving
  • Out-of-town and rural roads
  • Night driving
  • Dual carriageway driving
  • Motorway driving

Some insurance companies also offer a discount for those who complete the pass plus course.

Motorway driving:
A 2 hour course covering fast dual carriage way and motorway driving, includes entering the motorway, exiting the motorway and changing lanes to overtake.

Night driving 
As many of our pupils discover, driving in the dark is completely different to driving during the day. We offer an evening drive for approx 2 hours on various roads to build confidence in the dark.
